Solar Bracket Designer
A browser-based planner for solar arrays — from satellite roof mapping and panel layout to a structural BOM and yield estimates, in minutes
Solar Bracket Designer is a browser-based engineering tool we built for Camp Sirve, compressing what used to be a CAD pass plus a spreadsheet into a single workflow. Solar installers and structural engineers can size a ground-mount or roof-mount array, validate the support structure, and walk away with a buildable cutting list — without leaving the browser.
The tool starts from the actual site. Drop a pin on the satellite view, set the dimensions and setbacks of the roof or pad, then dial in panel specs (size, wattage, orientation, gaps, tilt). 2D plan/side/back views and a 3D structural render update live as you adjust, so the geometry is always tied to the numbers driving it.
On the engineering side, the app calculates post heights, rib spacing, cross-bracing, ground spans, and overhangs, then emits a structured cutting list with quantities and dimensions ready for procurement. Design warnings flag layouts that violate clearance or structural rules so issues surface before they reach the field.
Yield estimates come from real data — we pull solar irradiance directly from NASA's POWER dataset for the project's coordinates and project annual production, a daily average, and an optimal-tilt recommendation for that exact location.
Built end-to-end by Erbila: the visualization, the geometry math, the structural rules, and the NASA data integration. What used to take a CAD session and a spreadsheet now happens in a single browser tab.
Salon Management system
Full salon management platform with appointment booking, service discovery, a complete cashier system, and integrated management and accounting tools.
Mon Cheri, a professional nail care and art studio in Iraq, needed a clean, fast, and mobile-friendly online presence that would let clients quickly browse services and pricing. The existing site was static and difficult to update, and the owners wanted a simple way to showcase their work without technical overhead. But they also needed more than a brochure—they needed a system to run the business day-to-day.
Erbila built a full salon management platform with three distinct interfaces. The client-facing site is a lightweight, website that presents Mon Cheri’s services—like Hair Brash and Gel Extension—with clear pricing and duration. The studio focused on a minimal, visual-first layout that loads quickly on mobile, where most of their clients browse. The manager interface gives the owners control over service catalogs, pricing, staff schedules, and reporting. The cashier interface handles transactions, client check-ins, and payment tracking in real time.
The key challenge was keeping the design elegant yet functional under a tight budget and timeline. We opted for a static site generator for the public-facing page, paired with a lightweight backend for the management and cashier panels. This avoided heavy frameworks while giving the studio a fast, reliable site that ranks well locally and loads in under two seconds.
What shipped: a client-facing site with a service catalog, gallery, and appointment booking link; a manager dashboard for updating content and viewing business analytics; and a cashier interface for handling daily operations. The studio now has a professional digital storefront that matches the quality of their in-person work, plus the operational tools to run efficiently—all without needing to touch code.
ClockPoint — The system your company runs on
ClockPoint is the region’s leading HR and time attendance system.
Erbila built ClockPoint for operators who were done guessing. The client ran multiple sites with hourly workers, and the old routine was familiar: a fingerprint machine at one door, paper attendance sheets at another, payroll typed into Excel at the end of the month, and a manager calling around to find out who was actually on shift. The problem wasn't laziness — it was that every tool they had trusted people to be honest, and every workaround punished the people who weren't.
The studio's decision was to make the phone the terminal and the face the badge. No new hardware, no cards to lose, no fingerprint to smudge. ClockPoint runs entirely on the phones workers already carry: GPS confirms they're physically inside the site's geofence, and a live-face check confirms it's actually them. There is no check-in button until both are true, so buddy punching and remote clock-ins are structurally impossible — not policed, just absent.
For managers, the same app carries the office. Approvals route to the closest person above the worker and escalate automatically if ignored, so leave requests never rot in a pocket. For owners, a live dashboard shows every site and the verified people standing in it, with payroll cost ticking in real time. The system also integrates with Odoo, feeding it punches that are actually proven — a real face on a real site — something Odoo's native attendance can't claim.
What shipped is a full workforce operating system: schedules, attendance, leave, and salary calculation that derives from verified punches rather than typed numbers. In the demo run, 19 people generated 323 verified punches and every dinar of payroll traced back to a face, a place, and a time. The studio also built in an AI assistant that answers operational questions from live data at any hour, and an evidence queue that catches and logs fraud attempts — like someone holding a printed photo to a camera — so HR can review rather than argue.
